Why Report Hours
The school gets "credit" for all volunteer hours.
Volunteer hours statistics may be used in grant applications qualifying under in-kind contributions.
Volunteer statistics may be needed for verification of volunteer match grants.
What should I report?
- Hours spent at the school in classrooms.
- Hours spent at the school working on volunteer projects.
- Hours spent at the home working on volunteer projects.
How to Report Hours
- Log into Help Counter when in the school.
- Record home hours and enter them into Help Counter later.
- Write down the hours and get them to a volunteer coordinator to enter for you.
You can e-mail them to her, put them in the volunteers mail box at school, US mail them, or just hand them to her at a volunteer meeting.
