Why Report Hours
The school gets "credit" for all volunteer hours.
Volunteer hours statistics may be used in grant applications qualifying under in-kind contributions.
Volunteer statistics may be needed for verification of volunteer match grants.
What should I report?
Hours spent at the school in classrooms.
Hours spent at the school working on volunteer projects.
Hours spent at the home working on volunteer projects.
How to Report Hours
Log into Help Counter when in the school.
Record home hours and enter them into Help Counter later.
Write down the hours and send them to a volunteer coordinator to enter for you.
You can e-mail them to her,
put them in the volunteers mail box at school, US mail them,
or just hand them to her at a volunteer meeting.
Enter hours from the web
Contact the Volunteer coordinator to receive an invitation e-mail that lets you get in.

Click on the apps button, then give the email address you have give the schools where you volunteer.
You will be sent an email explaining how to input hours from Facebook.
