Mission Statement

The Beaverton High School volunteer Committee will enhance the learning environment of Beaverton High School by promoting the use of volunteers during the school day.

  • We will inform teaching staff and administration of available community support.
  • We will communicate volunteer opportunities to parents.
  • We will cultivate the partnership between volunteers and faculty.
  • We will kindle excitement for the benefits of making connections.

Notes from the Volunteer Coordinators

The Volunteer Committee meets on the first Friday of each month at 9:00am in the Community Room. EVERYONE is welcome to attend, and we always have an administrator present for a portion of each meeting to answer questions that we have and give a monthly report to the committee. This is a great way to be “in the know” at BHS.
